I know that

noisy neighbours, someone littering, drawing graffiti

they are all the anti-social behaviour.

And they will Penalt or get Dispersal orders.

But I disagree completely.

I think is too serious for the noisy neighbours and someone littering.

Union Jack and Welsh flag

The Union Jack is ordered design by  King James VI of Scotland inherited the throne of England.

However, at that time, the wales always is the England's territory.
In the history, the Wales always is the territory of the United Kingdom Prince.

The Minister David Cameron sends best wishes to Chinaman in the Chinese New Year

Prime Minister David Cameron sends best wishes to people in China,

the UK and around the world who are celebrating the Chinese New Year.

He said the Chinese New Year is family reunions day, and it means a new begin' day.

Cameron said that, although the next year was a difficult year, but as long as work together to overcome difficulties in the global world must maintain economic stability and prosperity.

He also mentioned the visit to China last year, he said the relationship of economic and trade  between the Britain and China is increasingly close, he hopes to reach 1,000 billion trade target in 2015.

And at last, the Cameron wish the Chinamen all have a prosperous and peaceful New Year.

I think the Queen and the Royal is tradition or culture.

They don’t have any political rights.

But now, they have become an indispensable symbol of the UK.

Nowadays, the UK has the royal family.

It’s must be some reasons.

So, I think, the royal family is an integral part of the UK.

Educational policy in UK

The government has pushed plans to allow universities to charge up from

£3,290 to£9,000 every year.

Universities wanting to charge more than £6,000 would have to undertake measures,

such as offering bursaries, summer schools and outreach programmed,

to encourage students from poorer backgrounds to apply.

The government will continue loan to students the fees. 

And the graduates have to start paying their loans would be raised from

£15,000 to £21,000.

Welsh students will be protected from increased tuition fees, the Welsh Assembly Government says.

Education Minister Leighton Andrews made the commitment as he outlined Wales' response to the UK government's plan to increase fees in England.

In Wales, basic tuition fees will rise to £6,000 per annum, or £9,000 in some circumstances.

But the assembly government will meet the cost of extra fees for students from Wales attending any UK university.

In a statement to the Senedd chamber, Mr Andrews said: "In other words, the increase in fees for Welsh domiciled students, whether they study in England or Wales or Scotland or Northern Ireland, will be paid by the Welsh Assembly Government.

"Welsh domiciled students will not have to find either £6,000 or £9,000 to study.

"The public purse will continue to subsidise higher education for Welsh domiciled students.

"Welsh students who go to university in 2012-13 will be paying the same in real terms as students who go to university in this academic year."

"I believe that the arrangements we've put in place are both fair, equitable and sustainable," he added.

If I want to be a parliament, my age must over 18, and I am not a bankrupt, lunatic, convicted prisoner, peer or state employee and I must join a political party.

In the politics of the UK, the Cabinet is the collective decision-making body of Her Majesty's Government.

Ministers of the Crown, and especially Cabinet Ministers, are selected primarily from the elected members of House of Commons, and also from the House of Lords,by the Prime Minister.

BONFIRE

1603, Queen Elizabeth I died. Catholic son of King James I to the throne.

Catholics believe that the King can support them. But in reality, they greatly disappointed.

Halloween-- Bad Night

I don't want talk more about the Halloween.

Because this night is Crazy and Pain.

I do not want to remember it.

In my opinion, why the Britain don't use the Euro

I think the Britain's economy is independent.

And it has strong foreign reserves and gold reserves.

The monetary value of sterling has been ranked first in the world.

If it joining the Euro, it will disadvantage the UK economy, so it is reduced the monetary value.

Since ancient times, the Britain people like independent.

And they very like used the pound. Most British people do not agree to join the Euro.

Although the British is in the Europe,

but in the economic and trade have maintained the trend of autonomous and independent.

So these, why the Britain used the Euro.

But in the future, the Britain joining the euro is inevitable.

Because the Euro is a symbol of the European integration.

If the Britain want played a greater role in the European Union.

So, it must be joining the Euro.

England Culture

Wales History

The R omans invaded the British Isles in 43 AD. They called this wild land Britannia, and by 79 AD, Wales was mostly subdued and then partially controlled until the Roman Empire collapsed upon itself in 410 AD.
Over the next 200 years Christianity was introduced and Wales was divided  into individual small kingdoms and principalities. Regional wars became commonplace and the land grab was on.
The English Saxons applied pressures along its then disputed border with Wales, and in 770, the Saxon King, Offa of Mercia, built a dyke between England and Wales.
In some places it was 65 feet wide. The Saxons called the land on the other side of the dyke "Wales." People in that land called "Wales" referred to their land as "Cymru," and their individual cultures blended together, both economically and linguistically.

The Viking invasions in the 9th and 10th centuries actually bonded the Welsh together, making them stronger. When the Norman conquest of England began in 1066, it had little initial affect on Wales.
But then, after William the Conqueror established power bases along the Welsh border, the Normans easily controlled the south and began to covet the north.
In the north the story ending was much different as powerful Welsh princes successfully held the persistent Normans at bay. Llywelyn the Last was in fact named Prince of Wales by Henry III, but this victory streak of sorts for Wales would eventually end.

In 1536, the Act of Union brought England and Wales together, united into one. England grew rapidly, but Wales languished in the background, remaining isolated with zero population growth and a very weak economy.
In the mid 1700's the Industrial Revolution took hold, as the mining of coal and the production of iron and tin brought Wales springboarding back to life; the railroads arrived; population surged and small southeastern communities grew into larger towns - almost overnight.
In 1926, Plaid Cymru, the Welsh National Party was formed. However, in the early 1960's the coal and steel businesses all but collapsed and mass unemployment was a countrywide epidemic.


On the positive side, growing tourism revenues and high tech jobs have helped to restore some of the economy. In addition, the legal acceptance of the Welsh language, Cardiff declared the official capital, and Plaid Cymru continually holding seats in the British House of Commons, fan the fires of that positive trend.
Today Wales is certainly evolving, but some things here will never change, as the raw beauty of the land and the pride of the Welsh people will live forever.

Play in the Cardiff

  I often tell people that

 out of own country,

we need to see somethings we never seen,

to eat somethings we never eaten.

To learn new ideas and perspectives.

Really, the Cardiff is really beautiful.

This is wales' train. It's different for China, it's very poor.

But I think this is a way to enjoy life.

This is outside of the castle, you can't see anything.

But inside it's very Luxury.

This is located in the capital of Wales is also seen as an important symbol of Cardiff Castle in Wales,

indeed an exception,

because although it experienced the baptism of the war,

but today is indeed a truly magnificent, extravagant castle.

Behind my,

this was Marquis to lived place.

But now, it's has been turned into a museum.

 

Life is just like these,

busy,full,tired.

But I enjoy these without getting bored.
